You can include a photograph of yourself, and a link to your own website with your submission if you like. The article must be written by you, and will remain your intellectual property, although published on this site.

The article can include text and pictures. Either as an attachment or text within the email. Attachments can be in any format, however we would prefer not to receive PDF.

Please indicate the category into which you would like to submit your article, or suggest a new category if more appropriate. We are extremely flexible and welcome opportunities to broaden our database.

Adult or offensive material will not be accepted. We reserve the right to publish only articles we see fit for public consumption.
